Writing a blog about turtle stickers…hmmm quite the assignment. What’s to say other than Inbloom Stickers has some really neat turtle stickers in a variety of colors and styles. In fact we have 10 different turtle stickers at this time which you can view here. Our oldest and best selling design of all time is our Hibiscus Turtle Sticker #039. It was our first and original turtle sticker design and it spawned into the mini version Hibiscus Turtle Sticker #809 and the wildly famous Turtle Family Strip Sticker #904. All of these turtle decals come in 11 different colors and have been in production since late 2003. This turtle sticker design features a hibiscus flower inside the shell of each turtle.

Two other Regular size turtle stickers that we have been making for many years is the #029 and #027. The Turtle With Hibiscus Sticker #029 is another turtle with a beautiful hibiscus flower within the shell of the turtle. The Three Turtles Sticker #027 features a mother turtle with two little offspring following underneath her. Both designs are 5″ X 5″ and are very popular sellers for us.

In our Mini size (2.5″ X 2.5″), we currently have 4 stickers. The already mentioned Mini Hibiscus Turtle Sticker #809 has been around for almost 10 years! We also have the more realistic turtle sticker design with the Rick Turtle Sticker #831. We sell lots of this design to turtle sanctuaries all around the country. They sell lots of our turtle stickers to help raise money and awareness of endangered sea turtles across the globe. Two more popular designs and somewhat newer than the rest is the Turtle Sticker #841 and Tropo Turtle Sticker #845. These two designs are very popular in Hawaii, Florida and North Carolina; not to mention the rest of the country.

Two of our newest turtle sticker designs fall into our Shorty size (2.75″ X 5.25″). The Tribal Turtle sticker Shorty #734 is pretty bad ass. It looks like tattoo art and is one of our more masculine turtle stickers. Our newest turtle sticker is the Marine Turtle Sticker #740. This new sticker was released in early 2012 and is already a huge hit for us.

Inbloom Stickers are made from vinyl similar to what is used in the sign industry. It is the same material you see as lettering on business windows or the names on the back of boats. Our vinyl is water proof/weather proof and lasts much longer than traditional screen-printed stickers. We use the best intermediate vinyl on the market; Oracal 651 Vinyl. What does that mean? It is only 3mm thick and the colors last 3 to 5 years outdoors. Indoors they can last a lifetime.

Something special that sets Inbloom Stickers apart is our unique chrome border that accents the edge on all of our stickers. It gives our designs a unique “pop” that catches your eye and gives them more depth than anything else on the market. Our other point-of-difference is that we love color! Most companies only make their die-cut stickers in white; we offer our designs in up to 12 different colors.

Stick Figure Stickers

Love them or hate them, stick figure stickers are everywhere. Mom’s tend to buy them the most to not only show off their family that they are so proud of, but it also helps distinguish their SUV or Mini Van from all the other cars in the Wal-Mart and Target parking lots.

What makes Inbloom Stickers different? Not a lot actually. They are stick figures! What do you expect? No really there is a difference. First of all, our designs are all originals created by us and made with our exclusive chrome border. We also have a vast and growing collection of family characters that lets you personalize your family layout. For example if the father in your family is a fireman, surfer or military dad, we got a sticker for that. If mom likes to cook, clean or is pregnant, we have you covered. If you have kids that play soccer, basketball or are nerds we have stickers for them too! We also have a variety of dogs, cats and babies along with a sticker to represent Grandma and Grandpa too.

Lot’s of people hate stick figure stickers and to be honest we avoided making them for a long time. There are websites and blogs dedicated to the hatred of these innocent little stickers. Some independent sticker manufacturers starting making custom stick figure stickers with the family name on it like “The Smith Family” which is NOT a smart idea. Now the whole world knows your last name and license plate number. In an age where identity theft is rampant, why give out that information to everyone who views your car? Taking it to another level, stickers started showing up with each family members first name below each character. This is also not a smart idea because now any child predator knows your kids names. It is sad that these innocent and fun stickers could be used for such terrible crimes, but consumers need to be aware of these possible problems with stickers that are overly customized.

Inbloom’s stick figure stickers are very generic with no names or social security #’s accompanying them. Along with our individual stick figure stickers, we have a few generic packs that take all the guess work out it for you for one flat fee. They include one mom and dad sticker, plus a couple of boys and a couple of girl stickers along with babies and pet stickers. When you get home you just take a trusty pair of scissors and separate out the stickers you want to represent your family. We have three of these family packs available (919, 920 and 923). We even have a flip flop family version (922) if you want your family to be represented by flip flops. This is a wildly popular design we introduced back in 2004 and is still very popular today.

Vinyl Stickers

Vinyl stickers is a loose term to describe many types of stickers. Technically if the substrate that the sticker is made out of is vinyl, then it is a vinyl sticker. Here at Inbloom Stickers we make a very particular type of vinyl sticker; a die cut vinyl sticker. We don’t use any inks or dyes in our process. We make everything on pre-colored Oracal 651 vinyl. Taking it even further, we only make one type of die cut vinyl sticker and it is probably the most difficult of all types of vinyl stickers to manufacture. Oddly, this is all we do. We don’t make anything else or any other type of sticker.

Why is our process the hardest? Starting with the artwork, we have to create not only a creative piece of art that somebody would like to put on their car window, but it has to be done all in one color with no shading, fine lines or have too much detail. The inside parts of all our artwork need to be hand picked out, or “weeded”, with tweezers or a sharp tool. For example our Regular Woody Surf Wagon Sticker has about a dozen “picks” in it. It may not seem like a big deal when making one or two at a time, but when we make a new sticker we make thousands at a time. Picking that many stickers is mentally exhausting and physically painful on your hands and eyes after awhile!

Most people or companies that offer this type of die cut sticker make them to order. This means that you go online, pick out the design and color you want and then they make it on a small machine called a plotter. Then they pick the sticker, add the application tape and then they ship it off to you. At Inbloom Stickers we mass produce everything ahead of time so when you order it, we already have it done and ready to go. We make our stickers in up to eleven colors through a totally different process than the individually made plotter stickers are made. For each design we have a metal die made of the artwork and the design is “stamped” out. Instead of a blade slowly cutting the design into the vinyl, it is quickly stamped out in just a second or two. Our beast of a machine stamps out hundreds of this design into a roll of vinyl, then we pick the whole roll, then we apply the application tape to the whole roll and then we cut the stickers to size. All of this is done on three large machines. The picking process is all done by hand of course, but the rest of the process is mostly done by our custom made machines. Another added bonus is that our unique production process also allows us to add our unique chrome border which no plotter machine can duplicate.

So whether you call them vinyl stickers, car window stickers or just decals, vinyl stickers are all we do and we take it very seriously. We pride ourselves on our unique artwork and production process. We copyright all our artwork and we closely guard our production process. We do all this so we can put out the best product in the business in the fastest time possible. We hope you enjoy.

Hibiscus Stickers

Hibiscus flowers have been popular in surf culture ever since the popularity of surfing erupted in the 1950’s and 1960’s. The Pua Aloalo (Hibiscus Brackenridgei) is the official state flower of Hawaii. In 1988 this yellow hibiscus native to the islands was selected as the 50^th states official flower. Now they can be seen on vehicles throughout the islands in the form of vinyl stickers. This trend has been going strong for over 10 years now and it has spread across the Pacific Ocean from California to Florida and everywhere in between. Inbloom Stickers has offered over 30 different hibiscus stickers over the last 8 years. We have some hibiscus stickers just by themselves, some with turtles mixed in, hibiscus flowers mixed into words and even a hibiscus sticker we made for our Endless Summer collection. Mermaid Stickers; fact or fiction?

Seth from Matson Graphics had this to say about designing our brochure cover, “It was really easy coming up with the cover actually. I just thought about what Inbloom is all about and the words ‘colorful and stickers’ came to mind. They have such a huge variety of stickers and colors I thought I would just mix and match them all together to get a really eye popping splash of colors to really get the attention of the person holding it in their hands. Baseball Season and New Stickers

Fresno Bully Rescue

Fresno Bully Rescue is an amazing organization dedicated to the bully breed. About six months ago we were looking for a new dog to adopt into our family. We had heard about FBR but we went to see it for ourselves. It is run by a great group of people that really love what they do, and they do it all for the love of their dogs and not the money. All money received by FBR goes back to the dogs. We ended up adopting Dinkey (see below) and making some stickers for FBR to help raise money for their great organization.
