Love them or hate them, stick figure stickers are everywhere. Mom’s tend to buy them the most to not only show off their family that they are so proud of, but it also helps distinguish their SUV or Mini Van from all the other cars in the Wal-Mart and Target parking lots.

Lot’s of people hate stick figure stickers and to be honest we avoided making them for a long time. There are websites and blogs dedicated to the hatred of these innocent little stickers. Some independent sticker manufacturers starting making custom stick figure stickers with the family name on it like “The Smith Family” which is NOT a smart idea. Now the whole world knows your last name and license plate number. In an age where identity theft is rampant, why give out that information to everyone who views your car? Taking it to another level, stickers started showing up with each family members first name below each character. This is also not a smart idea because now any child predator knows your kids names. It is sad that these innocent and fun stickers could be used for such terrible crimes, but consumers need to be aware of these possible problems with stickers that are overly customized.
